My Story
The work for me didn't begin until I pulled back the layers to confront deep rooted childhood trauma, feelings of unworthiness, and other insecurities. Through using various modalities such as Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Law of Attraction, reiki healing, and plant medicines is when I began to heal and step into my true self and power. The dedicated work set me on a path of self-discovery and spiritual awakening.
I did a lot of restructuring starting with my mindset. The stories we create are the ones we believe. And some of these stories can limit us and this is what we call limiting beliefs. We need to identify what these limiting beliefs are to change them. Next, I began releasing the energy and emotions that were weighing me down. Energy healing was a huge part of my process. So much so that I became a Reiki Master and crystal energy healer. I felt more connected to my body and it felt wonderful. Finally, it was time to create my new story. This was the fun part! I got to determine how I wanted to feel in this story with my new thoughts and desires.
I went through my divorce about 6 years ago. It was pretty alarming having to process my emotions, the legal paperwork, and the reality of now having only one income.
I remember waking up with panic attacks every morning and there was this fear of how the hell am I going to support myself and not only me but my daughter who was going to be starting college in a few years at that time. I was feeling disempowered, angry, sad, and at times just terrified. I went through so many different emotions. And it began to affect my everyday life. Life felt heavy and I had no ambition. It was hard to be present when I felt so alone. I wore this mask to appear as if everything was okay, but deep down I felt lost and hopeless.
I knew I needed to make a change and it was time to create the life I wanted.
I am a certified Law of Attraction Coach, Energy Healer (Reiki Master & Crystal Healing), and Intuitive Tarot/Oracle Reader. Through my work I have grown stronger as an intuitive, and learned of my abilities of being a medium, healing vessel, as well as receiving channeled messages from Spirit.
I want to help women explore their limiting beliefs, release energetic blocks, and reprogram to create their new reality. This is how the REVITALIZE program was birthed. Helping you to love life on your own terms.
